The directors and organizers of Lakeside Bank are local Lake Charles business owners and investors that desired to reestablish a locally owned and operated community bank.  Over the last 100 years, Lake Charles has had a history of strong local banking institutions.  During the wave of consolidations in the 1990s, the major local banks disappeared into larger regional institutions.   Lakeside Bank offers Lake Charles consumers and businesses an alternative banking relationship based on dealing with local management and the ability to provide superior customer service.

The initial bank location is 4735 Nelson Road in Lake Charles.  Our lobby is open 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Thursday and 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Fridays.  The drive in is open 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on Friday.  We expect to start construction on the larger Nelson road facility in 2011.  We invite you to drop by and meet our staff.
